With a Ph.D. in Philosophy, specializing in Bullying Behavior, an M.S. in Divinity and Leadership, and a B.S. in Management and Psychology, Dr. Dickerson possesses a profound understanding of human behavior, management, leadership concepts, and organizational dynamics.
