About the event

This interactive training equips participants with the knowledge and practical tools to recognize, understand, and address bullying in both professional and religious environments. Designed for leaders, HR professionals, church staff, and organizational teams, the session explores the complexities of bullying behavior, helping participants clearly distinguish it from general aggression or harassment. Participants will learn to spot early warning signs, understand the full spectrum of bullying behaviors (including mobbing and passive aggression), and implement respectful, practical strategies to intervene and prevent further harm. Grounded in research and real-world application, this course supports the creation of healthier, more inclusive, and emotionally safe workplaces and faith communities.

🎯 Learning Objectives By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

Define bullying using a clear, research-based framework.

Differentiate bullying from other forms of conflict, aggression, or harassment.

Identify types of bullying, including covert and group-based dynamics.

Recognize power imbalances and early behavioral indicators.
